We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects, for the life of the product with normal wear and tear. If you have any concerns return your piece to us for inspection and if the damage was caused by manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at no cost to you. After inspection if we find that the damage was not caused by manufacturing defect we will notify you with an estimate for repair.

We offer Free cleaning and inspection for all our jewelry that we sell. We recommend that you have it cleaned and inspected at least once a year. The customer pays for the shipping to us and we pay for the shipping back.

The Lifetime Warranty and the cleaning and inspection services only covers the original purchaser.

Maintenance, repairs or ring sizing or any other services performed by someone other than Urban Gold Mining will void the Lifetime Product Warranty.

We offer our customers a thirty day returns from the date of shipping. For whatever reason you are not satisfied we can exchange for another item or issue a full refund. Please return the piece in its original state. Just contact us by email and we will provide a free shipping label.
